a) Information on consumer dispute resolution in accordance with Section 36 of VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act)

Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn

For the purposes of resolving a dispute with 1N in cases outlined under Section 47a of TKG (German Telecommunications Act), the customer may enter into arbitration by submitting a claim to the Bonn Federal Network Agency’s Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board (Consumer Arbitration Board). 1N is prepared to take part in arbitration proceedings by the Federal Network Agency.
